Halelujah!

It's Sunday and the phone rings and it is Susanah from Customer Services at Virgin Mobile. Now whatever Virgin Mobile are paying her is not enough. Focused, intelligent and empowered she managed to restore my faith in Virgin Mobile's customer service just as I was about to fly and switch companies.

Ok, it's not every day that a customer complaint changes company policy but ...hey, it happened today!

I got my aplogoy, I got a goodwill gesture....well, all I needed was a reasonable explanation. She gave it to me.

It kinda deflates this blog now until I find the next bit of craziness to focus on...which shouldn't be long. The whole world is losing reason.

Hi. Just to say that I included your blog as one of my five recommended blogs for BlogDay2006. (No, I didn't know there was one either until the other day!)

Having had similar experiences with O2, your story was an entertaining, albeit painful, reminder.
