The gods are against me!

Ok... the phone call came on Friday 9th June with only 30 minutes to go before the close of business.

Emily called, and ... guess what? She couldn't tell me why my phone had been barred either! Which makes me wonder why she bothered calling at all?

Of couse she was nice enough about it and has only been with Virgin Mobile since March and did try to get her boss to answer the question but seeing how her boss was on the way home it was a little difficult.

So I said, I need to know why, logically, my phone was barred when you were being paid for my calls, you had my returned statement, unopened, in your possession for at least four weeks. You had all my contact details on file and made no attempt to reach me, text me, even call me (after all there is a password I am always asked when I call!!).

And now, also tell me what is my continued custom worth to you?

No problem, someone will call. Not on the weekend (that's expected) but next week.

It also transpired that my post code, which had previously been correct, now was not (why do I have to ask them tocheck my address details?!), now Emily sounded nonplussed by that and her uncertainty as to why it had been changed and if it can be changed back does not leave me filled with confidence that the right one is in the system now, particularly after what transpired today.
I'm kinda impatient. I rang back today and spoke to Clare. No...no call request had been put on my file...no, nobody was scheduled to ring me at any time.

At least by now my file looks full enough for her to arrange someone to give me a call from higher up in 72 hours!!!

This is now going on over two weeks! I've rang them, at least six times!

What does it take?

Threats?

Bribes?

Gifts?

A sacrifice to the gods?

Will they explain to me what happened?

Are my post code and address finally right?

Do I have to go to their offices and input them myself?

I'm sorry to leave you on a cliffhanger but the anticipation is mounting as we speak. I am eager to see what emerges!
