Hanging by a thread!
So with 72 hours up I ran Virgin Mobile and spoke to yet another hapless operator and I tried really hard not to make them feel it was their fault. It wasn't!
So, to cut a long story short they marked on my account that I want somebody to call me tomorrow (no 72-hour window anymore) and explain to me why this whole thing happened in the first place!
I have to learn deep breathing exercises when I talk to them now.
Ok, until tomorrow and we shall see! : )
